At Sterling-Miller
Designs Inc. we provide customized solutions
to your creative challenges. Working closely with each
client large and small throughout the Concept, Fabrication
Solution, Prototype, and Production stages by integrating
our expertise in multi-directional thermoforming, CAD,
and CNC machining with the versatility of Corian®.
We invite you to explore the design possibilities of
Corian®.
Aesthetics and Attributes
Corian® can be cut, routed,
carved, drilled, sculpted, sandblasted, laser-etched,
and combined with other materials including glass, wood,
stone and metals to achieve unique designs.
Corian® can be thermoformed to
create different shapes and forms, allowing it to compliment
conventional and unconventional design applications.
Corian® has a rich, natural translucence,
like fine stone. Yet has a warm, inviting touch like
wood.
The natural translucency of Corian®
allows it to contribute a stunning visual impact to
any project. When backlit Corian® glows.
Corian® solid surfaces are both
durable and renewable. The solid beauty of Corian®
goes all the way through and survives the nicks and
cuts that ruin most surfaces. If damage does occur Corian®
can be repaired on site.
Corian® solid surfaces are smooth
and non-porous and won’t promote the growth of mold,
mildew or bacteria. Liquids and stains can’t penetrate
Corian® so it’s easy to clean and maintain.
